Job Overview:
As a Floral Designer at Native Bloom Floral, you will play a crucial role in supporting our floral design and administrative needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the floral design team to assist in creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements.
- Handle flowers, greenery, and other materials with care, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including order processing, client communication, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain organized records of client preferences, orders, and inventory.
- Provide support in preparing quotes and invoices for clients.
- Manage and organize floral supplies, ensuring an efficient and tidy workspace.
- Monitor and restock floral inventory as needed.
- Keep the studio space clean and presentable.
- Assist in various studio activities, including setup and breakdown for events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support overall studio functionality.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of floral experience.
- Passion for floral design and a keen interest in the artistry of floral arrangements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in floral design or a related field.
